Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy is the name of Anne Frances Murphy who was born on the 19th of December in 1986. Her nationality is Canadian but she works in Hollywood. She played the character of Alexis Rose for the CBC comedy TV series Schitt's Trail that began in 2015, and continued until. In her performance, she got praise from critics and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award. Parents of her were teachers. Both of her parents taught. She enrolled at Elmwood School in Ottawa where she performed in stage productions. Following her graduation at Concordia University with a theatre degree, she joined the Canadian Film Centre's Actor's Conservatory. After turning 22 she moved her family to Los Angeles where acting became her career. Annie Murphy's acting journey began in 2007, after she made her debut television appearance with a crime-thriller film called Lethal Obsession. She continued her acting career and played small, extra roles in many films. Some of them are popular such as Story of Jen which was made in the year 2008, Lick was released in the year 2010 and another hit A Windigo Tale which was released in the same year. She also appeared on Canadian TV shows like Good God aired on 2012 Rookie Blue aired that same year. The actress has demonstrated her ability to take in many acting projects. Annie's career began with a struggle. It was a tough time proving her abilities and gaining fame. Furthermore, her extraordinary performances have made her a prominent actress in the entertainment and film industry. Her many TV shows in the US are also worth watching, including The Beautiful Life TBL (2009), Blue Mountain State (2010), Beaut & The Beast (2012) and others. Her career was impressive in acting by taking on many characters. Annie Murphy is a multiple Award-winning actor.
