Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the competition, she came in third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as is possible. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
